superb hotel
friendly service amazing views room readiness
Alba and Arianna gave friendly service at Illy Coffee. Views are amazing. I had coffee right near big ben. The room had readiness upon my arrival. The room faces the outside, I am so lucky.
I think the room wasnt cleaned properly. I found some rust in the shower and a broken faucet leaking. Dust rested on the headboard. The room smelled stale often upon my return.

missing bed dirty cup
the receptionist seemed fine and helped with check in. she did her job.
the room i booked, a studio triple, only had one bed. supposedly housekeeping didn't check, even though i emailed WEEKS ahead to confirm we needed three beds. there wasn't enough coffee for three people. only two cups were available, and one was actually dirty.

good location short walk free upgrade outdated hotel poor breakfast gym restriction
the location is good for tourists. popular attractions are a short walk away. i got a free upgrade as a perk. it had everything needed.
the hotel feels outdated. the breakfast has poor quality. the selection of healthy food is limited. the gym is not accessible to children under 16, even when accompanied by an adult.
